At Defibulous, we prioritise your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to assist you.

Returns:

You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. If you have opened the packaging to inspect the product, please repackage it securely to prevent any damage during return transit. Components and accessories must also be returned in their original condition. Please send your returned product to:

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If a defibrillator, electrode, or battery has been ordered in error and the sealed packet has been opened or the battery has been inserted into the AED, Defibulous cannot accept the product for a refund.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at

info@defibulous.co.uk and return the item to the address mentioned above.

Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit will be processed within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
